Authorize the Bureau of Hearings to accept and expend funds from a sub-grant from the FFY 2009 ARRA Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Program through the NH Department of Justice in the amount of $22,500 for the implementation of an updated case management system to improve the functioning of the State’s criminal justice system. (2)Further authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Karpel Computer Systems Inc., St. Louis, MO, to purchase software licensing for the ProsecutorbyKarpel case management computer program, in the amount of $22,500. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2013. 100% Agency Income.
