Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the City of Berlin to develop the community’s Local Emergency Operations Plan and to reprogram the Fire Department’s radios to comply with the FCC narrowbanding mandate for a total amount of $5,600. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
