Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with Kleinfelder Northeast Inc., Cambridge, MA, and Manchester, NH, for the preliminary and final design for the rehabilitation of the Red List bridge carrying US Route 3 and NH Route 25 over Owl Brook in the Town of Ashland, for a lump-sum fee of $152,848.49. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
