Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Safety, to implement a sole source contract extension with MultiProcess Computer Corporation, Windham, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-06, item #18B), for Financial Responsibility Imaging System software maintenance, by increasing the total value by $150,000 from $417,500 to $567,500. Effective December 31, 2012 through December 31, 2015. 100% Other Funds. The Agency class 027 used by the Department of Safety to reimburse DoIT for this maintenance service is 100% Highway Funds.
