Description
Authorize to amend a Cooperative Project sole source agreement with the University of NH Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-6-12, item #16) , to increase the price limitation by $4,500 from $33,000 to $37,500 and expand the scope of services to include the production of a Healthy State Employees Video. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 57% General, 16% Federal, 15% Enterprise and 12% Other (Highway, Turnpike) Funds.
