Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Systems, Policy and Performance, Rural Health and Primary Care Section, to enter into an agreement with Dr. Steven Youngs, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, to provide reimbursement for payment of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program, in an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective January 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2014. #34 Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Systems, Policy and Performance, Rural Health and Primary Care Section, to enter into an agreement with Dr. Sohaib Siddiqui, Doctor of Allopathic Medicine, to provide reimbursement for payment of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program, in an amount not to exceed $60,000. Effective January 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2015. 100% General Funds.
