Description
Authorize to award an Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund grant to the Town of New Hampton, NH, in the amount of $100,000 to establish a conservation easement on approximately 8.1 acres on the Snake River in New Hampton. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Aquatic Resource Mitigation Funds. #60 Authorize to execute a no-cost time extension amendment to the agreement with Wright-Pierce, Portsmouth, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 8-11-11, item #39), for professional cultural resource research and historic surveys as required for dam removal and/or reconstruction projects, by extending the completion date to December 31, 2013 from December 31, 2012. 100% Capital (General) Funds.
