Description

Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to enter into an grant agreement with the Southeastern NH Hazardous Materials Mutual Aid District, in the amount of $19,000 for activities associated with the development and implementation of emergency plans under the Emergency Planning and Right to Know act. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. #79 Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with Elliot Health System for the upgrade of the facility’s emergency response communication system for a total amount of $116,548. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. #80 Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Washington, for the purchase and installation of an automatic transfer generator switch at the Washington Elementary School for a total amount of $8,425. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. #81 Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the American Red Cross to purchase and outfit five mobile equipment shelter trailers to be stationed in high risk counties, and will be used to train individuals in the surrounding communities in disaster preparation and response services, for a total amount of $74,800. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
