Authorize the Division of Plant Industry to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH, to conduct public outreach and detection campaign of Asian longhorned beetle, emerald ash borer and other invasive forest insects of interest, in the amount of $14,257. Effective upon G&C approval through August 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. #27 Authorize the Division of Agricultural Development to enter into an agreement with Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH, to conduct a study of the regional meat processing industry, in the amount of $21,239.
