Authorize to enter into a sub grant with the Merrimack County Nursing Home, in the amount of $15,000 from a grant received from the US Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women, entitled “Enhanced Training and Services to End Violence Against and Abuse of Women Later in Life Program”, to provide training to law enforcement and services providers and to support direct services to victims of elder abuse including domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funding. #33 Authorize to enter into sub grants with Belknap, Cheshire, Strafford, and Sullivan County Department of Corrections totaling $80,000 for residential substance abuse treatment programming from the FFY 2011 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Grant Program. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
