Authorize to enter into a sub grant with the NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, in the amount of $226,157 from the US Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women, Sexual Assault Support Program, for the purpose of providing services for victims of sexual assault in NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds. #37 Authorize the petition of James Russo (age 28) requesting a pardon hearing for the offense of Reckless Conduct and Escape. The petitioner is not eligible for an annulment. #37A Authorize the petition of Thomas K. Schoolcraft (age 27) requesting a pardon hearing for the offense of Burglary (all counts). The petitioner is not eligible for an annulment until 2016.
