Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control to amend a sole source agreement with NH Hospital Association, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-13-11, item #68), to provide hospital emergency preparedness planning services, by increasing the price by $286,318 from $1,512,418 to $1,798,736.
