Description
Authorize to transfer funds in the amount of $204,872 within a budgeted federal grant entitled State Criminal Alien Assistance Program, which will realign appropriated funds that will be utilized by the NH Department of Corrections for correctional purposes. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend additional funds in the amount of $173,306 from the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, State Criminal Alien Assistance Program for expenses related to the care and custody of criminal aliens in the NH Corrections system. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 8, 2012.
