Description
Authorize to amend a sub grant received from The Council of State Governments, a nonprofit organization (originally approved by G&C on 6-6-12, item #87), to provide technical assistance and training for parole board members, Parole/Probation and Community Corrections staff in the latest effective approaches to manage reentering offenders and upgrade data gathering capabilities, by extending the end date from February 20, 2013 to May 31, 2013. 100% Agency Income (federal funds at origin). Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 8, 2012.
