Authorize to amend an Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund grant to the Trust for Public Lands, Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C On 8-10-11, item #70), by extending the completion date to June 30, 2013 from December 31, 2012. No Additional Funds. 100% Aquatic Resource Mitigation Funds. #102 Authorize to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Province Lake Association, Effingham, NH, to complete the Development of a Watershed Plan for Province Lake Project, in the amount of $74,440. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
