Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $85,000 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for training essential to ensure staff members are compliant with various safety related items and for compensation for auxiliary volunteer winter maintenance workers. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Turnpike Funds. #166 Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Co Inc., Concord, NH, for removal of the US 1 bridge over the US 1 bypass and reconstruction of the US Route 1 bypass and US Route 1 intersection in Portsmouth, on the basis of a low bid of $4,317,581.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $215,879.08 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 22, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
