Authorize to enter into a contractual agreement with the Capital Hotel Company II, LLC d/b/a Courtyard Marriott / Grappone Conference Center, to serve as the host site for the 2012 Annual Drunk and Drugged Driving Awareness Month Lunch scheduled for November 19, 2012, in the amount of $4,387.50. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2012. 100% Federal Funds. DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY #11 Authorize to amend a sole source contract with Information Management Corporation d/b/a IMC Solutions of North Grafton, MA, (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-05, item #6A), for software support and maintenance of IMC Public Safety Software required by the NH Liquor Commission, Bureau of Liquor Enforcement in the amount of $31,350, increasing the total from $71,285 to $102,635, and by extending the expiration date from January 31, 2013 to December 31, 2015. 100% Other/Liquor Funds.
