(2)Further authorize to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel service accounts after approved by the Director of the Division of Personnel, for October 1 – December 31, 2012, and to report transfers made as soon as practical after December 31, 2012 and prior to request for further authority. (3)Further authorize to make transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Funds to agency benefit accounts, for October 1 – December 31, 2012, and to report transfers made as soon as practical after December 31, 2012 and prior to request for further authority.
