Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to amend a memorandum of agreement with The Old Man of the Mountain Revitalization Fund Inc., d/b/a Old Man of the Mountain Legacy Fund of Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 2-7-07, item #48), to work cooperatively to memorialize the Old Man of the Mountain at Franconia Notch State Park, by extending the end date to December 31, 2015 from December 31, 2012. No Additional Funds.
