Effective upon G&C approval through June 28, 2013. 100% Betterment Funds. #96 Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for construction of two roundabouts on NH 111A (Marsh Road / Windham Road) in the Pelham Town center, on the basis of a low bid of $2,793,117.63. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $195,518.23 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 17, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
