Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for 13.4 miles of inlaying and/or overlaying Interstate 93, and related interchange ramps from Exit 36 (Franconia) to Exit 42 (Littleton), on the basis of a low bid of $7,670,840.69. (2)Further a contingency in the amount of $767,084.07 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 20, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
