Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a seventeen month holdover amendment with Cheshire County, Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-13-07, item #40), in an amount not to exceed $566,115.64 to provide courtroom and office space for the Cheshire County Superior & Probate Court, comprised of approximately 32,545 square feet. Effective October 1, 2012 through February 28, 2014. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
