Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Twin State Utilities Corp., Bristol, NH, for drainage repairs at various sites, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $89,914. (2)Further authorize the amount of $9,200 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $99,114. Effective upon G&C approval through November 29, 2012. 100% Other-Transfer Funds.
