Authorize to amend a sole source contract with F/K/A Strafford County Community Action Committee Inc., now named Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on April 1, 2009, Late Item #D), for the Weatherization Assistance Program, by increasing the amount not to exceed $44,636 from $2,846,875 to $2,891,511, and by adding Standard Exhibit J “Certification regarding the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act Compliance”. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2012. 100% Federal ARRA Funds.
