Authorize to amend a sole source contract with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on April 1, 2009, Late Item #H), for the Weatherization Assistance Program, by increasing the amount not to exceed $67,630 from $5,213,055 to $5,280,685, and by adding Standard Exhibit J “Certification regarding the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act Compliance”.
