Description
Authorize to amend a sole source contract with Southern NH Services Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on April 1, 2009, Late Item #F), for the Weatherization Assistance Program, by increasing the amount not to exceed $157,450 from $6,155,104.51 to $6,312,851.51, and by adding Standard Exhibit J “Certification regarding the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act Compliance”. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2012. 100% Federal ARRA Funds.
