Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Legal Files Software Inc., Springfield, IL, to provide data conversion, implementation, and training services to DHHS for existing Legal Files case tracking software, in the amount of $117,564. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Other (Agency Class 027) Funds: the Agency Class 027 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT for this work will be 58% General, 42% Federal Funds.
