Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Nelson Communications, Center Conway, NH, for the NHARNG Site Improvements, Franklin and Portsmouth, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,623,000. (2)Further authorize the amount of $48,800 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,671,800. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
