Authorize to enter into a contract with Xerox State & Local Solutions Inc., Fairfax, VA, for holding, transferring, and liquidating securities. The fees paid shall be funded entirely from Abandoned Property revenues. Effective October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2017, with two optional extensions of two years each. 100% Other Funds.
