Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Systems, Policy and Performance, Rural Health and Primary Care Section, to enter into an agreement with Amy Stoddard, Registered Dental Hygienist, Fryeburg, ME, to provide reimbursement for payment of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program, in an amount not to exceed $5,000. Effective October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. 100% General Funds.
