Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing agreement with the Contractor as detailed in the letter dated February 19, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #40), for reimbursement payments of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $20,000 from $45,000 to $65,000, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
