Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract, which was originally competitively bid, with JSI Research & Training, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/21/21, Item #18), to expand chronic disease prevention and management training and development opportunities for healthcare and public health professionals, by increasing the price limitation by $443,631 from $2,880,553 to $3,324,184 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2026.
