Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Swanzey, NH, in the amount of $300,000 to pay a share of an agreement with the City of Keene to bring the shared Wastewater Treatment plant into compliance with Environmental Protection Agency regulations and the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. #6 Authorize to enter into an agreement with the County of Merrimack, Boscawen, NH, for the purpose of rehabilitating 30 units of housing at Franklin View Apartments, in the amount of $500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
