Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Geovision Inc., d/b/a Geovision Communications, Watertown, MA, (originally approved by G&C on 8-10-11, item #89), to provide critical timely technical updates and enhancements to the current Web Site infrastructure that is requested in the Strategic Prevention Enhancement Grant Plan, by increasing the price by $96,795 from $42,200 to $138,995. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
