Description
Authorize to enter into a Broadband Expansion Agreement with Northern New England Telephone Operations LLC d/b/a FairPoint Communications – NNE to expand the availability of broadband in rural areas on NH, in the amount of $3,323,751. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2013. Funding for this agreement are penalty funds paid by FairPoint for service quality failures in the amount of $2,823,751 and an additional contribution of $500,000 from FairPoint.
