Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster, NH, to operate a single point of entry Doorway for individuals seeking access to substance use-related services and supports, with a price limitation of $7,263,000 of which $5,263,000 is a shared amount for unmet and flexible needs funding among all nine Doorway contractors. Effective retroactive to September 30, 2024, upon G&C approval through September 29, 2025, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 85.36% Federal Funds, 14.64% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
