Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Electric Light Co., Inc. d/b/a Electric Signal Repair, Cape Neddick, ME, on the basis of a low bid of $387,100 for statewide installation of inductive loops for traffic monitoring detection. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $38,710, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
