Authorize to amend a contract with Xerox State & Local Solutions Inc., Fairfax, VA., (formerly ACS State & Local Solutions Inc.), (originally approved by G&C on 6-17-09, item #34), to exercise the contract extension provision and extend the completion date to September 30, 2012 from June 30, 2012, in order to facilitate the safekeeping and timely conversion of abandoned securities while engaged in an RFP process for other service providers. 100% Other Funds.
