Effective upon G&C approval. 79% Federal, 21% Capital (General) Funds. #70 Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with the Town of Exeter, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-23-10, item #78), for the Exeter River Restoration Project: Evaluating the Impacts of Dam Removal for the Great Dam project, by increasing the award amount by $12,000 from $60,000 to $72,000, and by extending the completion date to December 31, 2012 from June 309, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
