Authorize to enter into a contract amendment with Overwatch Foundation, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/31/24, Item #46), by executing an available contract renewal option, and increasing the price limitation by $900,000 from $6,900,080 to $7,800,080, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2028 to September 30, 2029, for the purpose of providing a Municipal Cyber Defense Program.
