Authorize to enter into a ground lease agreement with the Berlin Airport Authority, a regional airport authority established by the Berlin Airport Authority Act of 1957, Berlin, NH, for a maximum term of up to fifty years and fixed annual rent in the amount of $1.00, for a total amount over the maximum term of the lease not to exceed $50.00, to exclusively possess, occupy, and use approximately 5.66 acres of largely undeveloped Berlin Regional Airport land located along the easterly side of East Side River Road in the Town of Milan, NH, together with all appurtenances thereto and any existing site improvements, for the purpose of constructing and operating thereon an Army Aviation Operations Building to be primarily occupied and used by the New Hampshire Army National Guard. 100% General Funds
