Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Beloin Construction Inc., Rochester, NH, to construct a new liquor store on NH Route 9 in Chesterfield, NH, for a price not to exceed $2,508,210. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2012. 72.90% Capital Funds (Liquor Commission Funds), 27.1% Store Operations Funds. (2)Further authorize the amount of $70,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $2,578,210. 100% Capital Funds (Liquor Commission Funds).
