Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Statistics and Informatics, Environmental Public Health Tracking Program, to enter into an agreement with JSI Research and Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to identify the needs of its target audience and then to create, implement, and evaluate a marketing outreach plan to make disease prevention products and services available to the target audience, in an amount not to exceed $99,916. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2012. 100% Federal Funds. #68 Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section to enter into an agreement with Trustees of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH, to evaluate injury prevention efforts in the State of NH, in an amount not to exceed $175,804. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
