Authorize an Allonge to Promissory Note and amendment of loan agreement with Pennichuck Water Works Inc., Merrimack, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 8-19-09, item #109B, in the amount of $450,000), to finalize the loan amount used to finance the water system improvements project. Effective upon G&C approval. 50% ARRA, 50% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund Repayment Funds.
