Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into an agreement with Tri-Town Ice Arena Limited Partnership, Hooksett, NH, for the purpose of providing a training range for the Division of Motor Vehicles, Motorcycle Rider Education Program, in an amount not to exceed $26,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2013. 100% Agency Income.
