TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor St. Hilaire, seconded by Councilor Sununu voted to table the request to amend an agreement with Phoenix Houses of New England Inc., Providence, RI, (originally approved by G&C on 6-23-10, item #132), to provide substance abuse treatment services, by decreasing the price by $139,759 from $3,194,498 to an amount not to exceed $3,054,739. Effective upon G&C approval. 42.6% Federal, 52.9% General, 4.5% Other (Highway) Funds.
