Description
TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor St. Hilaire, seconded by Councilor Sununu voted to table the request to amend an agreement with Easter Seals NH, Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-23-10, item #134), to provide substance abuse treatment services, by decreasing the price by $97,698 from $2,651,504 to an amount not to exceed $2,553,806. (2)Further authorized to amend the agreement (originally approved by G&C on 6-23-10, item #134), to provide substance abuse treatment services, by decreasing the price by $107,455 from $2,651,504 to an amount not to exceed $2,544,049. Effective upon G&C approval. 85% Federal, 11% General, 4% Highway Funds.
