Description
TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor St. Hilaire, seconded by Councilor Sununu voted to table the request to amend an agreement with Monadnock Family Services, Keene, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-23-10, item #132), to provide substance abuse treatment services, by decreasing the price by $41,688 from $297,774 to an amount not to exceed $256,086. (2)Further authorized to amend the agreement (originally approved by G&C on 6-23-10, item #134), to provide substance abuse treatment services, by decreasing the price by $9,380 from $297,774 to an amount not to exceed $288,394. Effective upon G&C approval. 80% Federal, 20% Highway/Other Funds.
