Authorize to amend a sole source contract with Horizon Residential Energy Services NH LLC, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 12-8-10, item #16A), to assist in performing Quality Assurance inspections for the weatherization assistance program, by increasing the contract by an amount not to exceed $31,867 from $38,133 to $70,000, and by extending the completion date from April 30, 2012 to September 28, 2012. 100% Federal ARRA Funds.
