Authorize to enter into a sub grant with the Merrimack County Task Force Against Domestic Violence d/b/a Rape and Domestic Violence Crisis Center, in the amount of $25,000 from a grant received from the US Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women, entitled “Enhanced Training and Services to End Violence Against and Abuse of Women Later in Life Program” to provide training to law enforcement and service providers as well as direct services to victims f elder abuse including domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
